Michael has over 16 years experience in the field of mechanical and electrical graphics design. Working for Michelin Tires, he was responsible for the development of their internal software and workstation installations, and initiated and oversaw the migration of legacy engineering drawings into an archive of editable CAD files. In 1999, Michael moved into litigation support, as an affiliate of a company offering scanning, coding, web-hosting, and electronic discovery for more than 30 law firms in the New York and Atlanta area. In 2001 he founded Rhodes Consulting, providing training and infrastructure setup support for litigation support companies. A quick study in sales, production methods and digital technology, Kevin has managed BDS's Digital Solutions Department since 2006.Kevin began his career in litigation support as Customer Service Representative in 2003. He was instrumental in developing Barrister's Northern Virginia location, working to build client relationships while developing a collaborative management style with sales and production personnel at that site.
