Hosting
For one of the nation’s largest staffing companies, we hosted concurrent matters for two large financial institutions and their outside counsel – an AM Law Top 10 firm.  Barrister received delivery of multiple external drives containing over 450 GB of data that needed to be loaded into Concordance, posted and ready for a team of lawyers to review.  In addition to hosting the data for these two matters, Barrister’s team of litigation support professionals provided in person Concordance training, 24 hour technical support, creation of production sets, TIFF conversion and endorsing of over 3.5 million images.  All parties were extremely pleased with the management of each matter.

ITC Trial
For an AM Law Top 10 firm in Washington DC, we were asked to photocopy over 1200 trial exhibits in 48 hours for a critical trial deadline.  The original collection amounted to only 20 boxes and 6 copies were required.  A large percentage of the trial exhibits were in color and the binders needed to be replicated.  When Barrister arrived at the ITC with the first delivery of 70 boxes and opposing counsel’s vendor of choice arrived late with only 15 boxes, opposing counsel immediately hired Barrister to handle their side of the case as well.  In 48 hours Barrister had copied over 240 boxes – on time.

Litigation Support Consulting
For a boutique firm in Baltimore MD, we received 100 boxes of documents to scan, OCR, perform document coding and deliver to Summation.  Our consultants helped the firm purchase and install Summation.  In addition, the firm required consulting services to analyze and manipulate data that had been collected in the case.

Forensics/eDiscovery
For a white collar litigation partner at a firm in Washington DC, we provided daily litigation support consulting as the firm did not have enough in-house resources.  The case involved 50 GB of electronic data discovery and a forensic component to include imaging laptops, performing a timeline analysis, and extracting data from Blackberries and external zip drives and hard drives.  The legal team also requested that we host the Concordance database for them which contained over 200,000 documents.
