Job Post: We are currently seeking an energetic and dynamic team member to assist our customer service team.

Successful candidates will have an interest in pursuing a career in customer service, logistics, sales and/or production. This is an entry-level position, but as a growing company, we need driven and forward-thinking team members who value growth and advancement. The employee works in an indoor office environment as well as outdoors and in client offices; working hours beyond the normal workweek may be required. 

The shift for this position is: Sun-Thurs (Sunday 10AM-7PM & Monday-Thurs 12PM-9PM)

• Will have excellent communication skills and follow-through, a professional dress and appearance, a detail-oriented and solutions-focused mindset and a positive, friendly demeanor. Our clients, mostly law firms, have very high expectations of our front-line customer service representatives
• Lift and carry boxes and other items that weigh up to 25 lbs. each
• Push a dolly and magliner filled with boxes that weigh up to 25 lbs. each
• Drive a van and navigate to various locations throughout the Washington, DC area
• In-take and communicate reprographics (print, copy, scan) project specifications
• Represent our company on client premises
• Fill-in as a Document Specialists when needed to scan, copy, print, and bind projects in-house
• Oversee the lifecycle of an assigned reprographics project until delivery to client
• Other duties as needed
• Must answer emails from clients promptly
• Must maintain intensive communication with the production team and the client regarding project specifications and deadlines
• Basic Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat knowledge


• Must have a valid and active driver’s license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have a high school degree
• Some college education preferred
• Experience in logistics and/or legal solutions/litigation support
